Fiery Vegan Shakshuka


Fiery Vegan Shakshuka
Shakshuka, the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean favourite gone vegan with some extra heat from Big Deez Habanero Hot Sauce. 

 Ingredients:

400g tinned tomatoes, chopped400g white beans
100g tofu
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons(add more if you like it hot, hot, hot!) Big Deez Hot Habanero Sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon cumin
1 small onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ green bell pepper, sliced
pinch of sea salt
pinch of sugar

1 teaspoon of fresh parsley and mint, finely chopped

Method:

Place the oil, onion, garlic and bell pepper in a skillet/frying pan and fry on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add paprika, cumin, salt, sugar and tomatoes, Hot Habanero Sauce, stir and cook for a further 3 to 5 minutes.

Crumble tofu on top and sprinkle with the parsley and mint for garnish. Serve!
